Do Not Disturb – How to Disconnect

Do Not Disturb – How to Disconnect

We get it – sometimes disconnecting all day, or even for an hour, just isn’t possible. You might not feel comfortable switching your phone off completely if you have children for example, or you may want to play some soothing music while you disconnect.

Luckily, phones are pretty smart these days and there are options to put your phone in ‘do not disturb’ mode; allowing notifications to still come through but with a lot less fanfare. You can customise all aspects, from which VIP callers can still come through, to the alarms you need to go off and more.
See how to put your phone in do not disturb mode for iphone, here and for android, here.
As for social media – try pinning a ‘do not disturb’ to the top of your social profiles – or why not change your profile pic for the day? W’eve put a few images together that you can use for just that, below… you’re welcome!
